How to make Sajane stalk recipe with lentils|| Food recipe by @sshifa

Hello steam food lover 😋,

How are you all? Everyone is very well. Everyone loves to cook and eat food. So I also like to cook very much. So today I made a recipe Sajane stalk with lentils.This food is very good to eat and can be cooked in a very short time. You can cook it at home if you want. It is a very fun dish.

Here are the things we need for this recipe :

  • Sajane stalk
  • Lentils
  • Onion
  • Raw Chili
  • Tomato
  • Salt
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Chili Powder
  • Cumin Powder
  • Garlic Bata And Oil

Step-1

At first I arranged everything neatly so that I could have everything at hand while cooking.

Step-2

Then I put the pan in the oven and fried the oil, green chilli and onion pieces in the pan.

Step-3

Then I added chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, garlic paste, cumin powder and then stirred it again with a little water.

Step-4

Then I gave it with lentils.

Then I gave the stalk to Sajon. Then I covered it with a lid for a while and took it off.

Step-6

When it was drained, I gave it the same amount of water.

Step-7

Then I covered them with tomatoes and put them in the oven for a while.

Then when the water was a little dry, I turned off the stove and put it down from the stove.

Final step

Sajone stalk recipe with lentils was made. Then I served the food nicely.

We called this Sehjan Ki Fali and use it in Sambar (Dal served with south Indian dish Idli or Dosa) But you made it curry using it as a main ingredient. It's a nice vegan recipe!
