Today I want show you how I cook my own Goat meat curry sauce.. Please don't mind my long explanation ,I Just want make us to understand it very well. You can ask me questions if you don't understand on the comment section I will explain to you🤗.

RECIPE

*Green/Red bell peppers
*garlic/ginger
*scotch bonnet(atarodo)
*Curry leaves
*Turmeric (optional)
*Thyme
*Seasoning
*Goat meat
*Veg.oil
*Corn flour
*Carrots
*salt

PROCEDURE:

Wash and Finely Chop all ur vegetables mentioned above and set aside.

Cut the goat meat into medium sizes, in a bowl,add minced garlic,ginger,fresh peppers, 2seasoning, 1tbsp of veg.oil,1tbsp of curry/thyme,,and a pinch of salt. Mix well till every part of the meat is well coated with the ingredients,cover and put in d refrigerator to marinade for 2hours or as long
As possible

( marinading the goat meat will take the meal to a new whole level😉)

In a pot, add in 2tbsp of veg.oil, allow to heat up,then add minced garlic ginger,onions,curry leafs,the chopped atarodo,stir n allow to simmer for 30sec.

after that,add the chopped bell peppers, green beans,carrots stir fry for 3mins on low heat please. After that, remove the veggies from heat.

in the same pot, add 2tbsp of veg.oil, pour in the marinaded goat meat, cover and allow to cook for 2min( do not add water immediately,allow it to generate its own water)

after that, add 2cups of water,add curry leaves,more seasoning,cover to simmer for 2min.allow the goat meat now to cook until it’s soft, then bring in the stir fried veggies.

at this point, mix 2tbsp of corn flour in a plate with water, after 2mins,add in d mix corn flour and stir gently until it thickens.

Your goat curry sauce is ready to be eaten with white rice,yam,potatoes, anything you want to have it with jare😁
