Prepare (upside down) with rice

Hello my friends, in the Steam food community, I loved today to share with you the method of preparing a Syrian meal called (Maqlouba). I hope you like it. The required materials and how to prepare it:

the required materials:

1- Kabsa rice 2 bowl
2- Chicken meat (chicken thigh meat)
3- Eggplant
4- Margarine
5- Water
6- Spices (Maggi Kabsa)
7- Salt
8- Bay leaves
9- vegetable oil (for frying)

How to prepare:

First we prepare the above-mentioned materials and start by cleaning the chicken thigh meat and then exposing it to a little fire in order to get rid of the impurities on the meat.

After that we put two tablespoons of vegetable margarine in a large bowl and turn on the fire under it, we drop the chicken thigh meat with the ghee and boil it a little.

Then add the water on top of it and put with it the spices, salt and bay leaves and leave it for a quarter of an hour.

Here we soak the rice in a little hot water, and after 5 minutes we drain the rice from the water.

We peel the eggplant, cut it into small pieces, and then start frying it in vegetable oil, as shown in the picture.

Now we go back to the bowl that contains the chicken thigh meat and take out the meat and cut it into small pieces as in the picture.

Then we return the meat to the plate and add the fried eggplant with it and the rice that has been soaked as shown in the picture. We cover the dish and reduce the fire under it and leave it for half an hour.

Note: Do not move food altogether.

Half an hour has expired. We put a spoonful of margarine and it is thawed by heat and added to the main dish.

This is how the meal (upside down) is ready to eat, of course it is preferred that the side of this meal be fresh milk so that you can enjoy your food with this dish.
