๐Hello Everyone๐
I hope all of you good and healthy by the grace of God ๐ I am also fine today I am here again the my today's food diary in Pakistan summer season is too hot ๐ฅต๐ฅ as usual this year weather is extremely hot ,the kids school were closed for summer vocation ,heat stroke at afternoon,so we should kept our self from sun ๐๐ and be hydrated our selfs specially childrens .
Break fast
I woke up early in the morning kids still slept ,I made breakfast for my father in low because he always woke up early so I made his break fast ,after that I made my own break fast which were only biscuits and tea โ.
I made fry egg and paratha for my daughter in break fast.
Lunch time
In lunch I cooked spring onions with rice ,at afternoon rice and veggies light and Yammy option so I made it in my style I put tomatoes and spice that's it . spring onion had its own rich taste .
Evening time
At evening we ate mangoes as a snacks ,I cut some mangoes as a cube my little son really like to eat like as .
Dinner time
In dinner I fried chicken pieces, I marinated chicken in afternoon because spices absorbed very well and give very Yammy and tender in cooking So I add chicken Tikka masala and lemon juice and cut the prices and leaved it for 4 to 6 hours before frying ,I also made potatoes fries ๐๐ with them .

Deep fried the chicken pieces after coating of all purpose flour and bread crumbs ,give golden brown color from both sides then strains out from oil and placed on tissue paper and served with chaotic and fries .The day was ended with full of enjoyment and Yammy foods ,I hope you like my diary post .
