I really glade when I saw the contest held by steemit foods to promote Pakistani traditional foods with siz community the founder of the siz @cryptokraze and steem foods founder @alikoc07 both collaboration and off cause the pakistani moderator @suboohi really want to promote pakistani users So it's time to be active we have to post on regular basis at steem foods community and shown her strength for thatβΊοΈβΊοΈ must participate in all community contest specially this contest organized by only for Pakistani users proudly ,I hope result will be mind blowing I am excited to participate in the contest .The Pakistan have 4 provence and we had many different cultures and multi traditional foods likeNehari,pays,Biryani
,hulwsa puri ,mutton pillaw in desserts kheer,zarda,all types of halwa and so on but the one dish who is the king of all traditional food name "Biryani ".
No party or any event were completed with biryani even at death ceremony people like to serve biryani ,it's a rice base dish and every one like to ate at any time my all family members like to eat.
When I cooked Biryani it's a treat day for my son Ebad-ur-Rehman .He like to eat biryani every dayππ.

The history shown the peoples of sindh provence invited the rice and beef base dish it's became famous because of it's Yammy tase, the spicy ingredients and delicious recipes.In Karachi city specially no food street consider there were no biryani . Basically it's cooks in beef ,mutton and chicken meat according to the taste I like the Most is Beef biryani it's rich in taste and masala of beef penetrated in rice increase its taste double so today I will shared the real recipe with no modified method .it's really ancient style you must try you will definitely fan of biryani like us .π€€π€€π€€
Types of Biryani
There are many recipes and styles biryani cooked in Pakistan but the real recipe belongs to add beef or mutton in it you will definitely get more tasty as camping to other meats . Mostly it's found in beef,chicken,mutton but Fish biryani,prown biryani,Hydrabadi biryani,chinyoti biryani,Bhory biysni,Bar -B- Q biryani ,Green masala biryani,pillawo biryani and also in mutka biyani serve in mutka(In mud pot).

Beef Biryani
The Most Favourite all time Pakistanies spicy hot ''Beef Biryani Recipe"

Red chilli powder | 1tbs |
Termaric | 1 tbs |
Coriander powder | 1tbs |
Teez Patt | 2 ,3 |
Food color orange | 1/2 TBS |
Rose water | 1 tbs |
Veniger | 1 tbs |
Tomato | 3 to 4 |
Mint leaves | 1 bunch |
Coriander leaves | 1 bunch |
Green chilli | 8 to 20 |
Ginger paste | 1 tbs |
Garlic paste | 1tbs |
Oil | 1 cup |
Rice baspati | 1 kg |
Lemon | 2 |
procedure step by step
Step# 1
- Peel off the onion and cut it in fine sliced with the help of cutter take a pan and pour oil on it and when oil became hot put onion on it
Make sure the color of onion turns into golden brown strain out from oil and let it cool then crushed it by hand .
Step # 2
- on pan already oil is present add all whole garam masala given in ingredients list then add beef and ginger garlic paste and fry till excess water comes out .
- Add dry spices like red chilli, coriander,termaric ,salt and let it cook .
- When all spices completely cook and oil comes out from surface of beef on that time add 4 glass of water for meat tenderizer and soft.
Once meat tender add broen crushed onion and fry it
- The beef qorma is done off the flam and let take it side now come to green masala .
Green Masala
- Cutting the green coriander leaves,mint leaves, tomatoes,and green chillies properly east and finely cutt put in to strainer add aalo bukhra,garam masala powder, remaining brown onion it's ready our green masala.
Rice preparation
Take a pan fill with water and let it boiladd soaked riced on it

()Add water ond whole garam masala on it and add vinegar and cook rice but notcimplety .strain out from water and stay at strainer to complete water strain from rice.
Step # 4
Assembling
Once rice done now we come to layer our biryani .Take a pan add some oil for grease it when start our first lays spread boiled rice in some amount then place green masala and beef nasal means qorma it's our first lays now come to second lays
Repat steps again and assamble rice,qirma and green masala on top
At last add orange food colour and rose water
Now cover the lid and place heavy bottom tawa on biryani pan
- Yammy Yammy smell comes out from pan it means the biryani is ready to serve
- Now it's time to dish out and enjoy tasty spicy biryani to your love onces .
It's little bit lengthy recipe but the taste is mouth watering you all of you must try our traditional recipe .
