Hello Everyone ๐๐
I hope all of o you good and safe by the grace of almighty God and must follws SOPS in pandemic I am fine too .It's another working day so with out waiting time let's start my foodie diary began.
Break Fast Time
As usual woke up early in the morning ,the weather became better not to cold today ,iron the kids uniform and woke up my child to ready to go to school ,they were read immediately because they didn't wanted to late school took break fast and go to school way with his dad .Theyate boiled eggs in morning meal .
After that I prepared break fast for me and my husband made tea with bread and margarine .My husband went on office and I busy in home Chores and preparing for lunch .
Lunch time
For lunch my daughter wants to eat lentils with rice so for change I prepared lack lentail ,it's a quite simple and healthy as well as delicious ๐
By first Washed the black lentils with water add soaked at least 1/2 an hour then placed on stove and boiled it then add spices and cut onion and chopped tomatoes and cover it for 30 minutes on low medium flame till lentil became soft then pour turka , that's gave perfect taste and Aroma in meal specially add garlic in lentil turka for special Yammy flavor , other hand made rice .
Cumin Rice
I made rice with black lentils it's a perfect combo you can eat with bread also but at my home when ever I made lentils along with rice .
It's simple method washed the rice and put cumin seeds and salt and pour enough water to cooked rice properly. now it's done .
My little son wanted to eat french ๐๐ fries in lunch so I made for him ,I dinner I also made fries again I think everyone like fries wether you are big or small ๐๐.
The door bell rang , surprisingly my husband back home early along with yummy haleem pillawo and we all together had lunch after long time and took a one hour ๐ด๐ด nap.
Evening snacks time
In evening
My elder son bought reo biscuits and chicken patties .
My little one daily like to drink slice juice and lays chips ๐คฉ๐คฉ I am not allowed him daily but twice a week I prefared healthy home made snacks .
After finishing snacks they went on tution center.
Night time
I decided to made fried chicken in dinner all time favorite of my whole family members for dinner meal.
For that I marinated chicken with spices at evening .In marination I add ginger garlic paste ,soya sauce ,chilli sauce ,salt,chat masala ,green chill chopped in chicken leaved it minimum 4 to 4 hours in fridge .
I just fried chicken in hot oil on medium flame . turn on other side gave holder colour and became soft strain out from oil and places on tissue paper to absorb excess oil from chicken .Oneby One fried all prices if chicken.
Now it's ready to eat served with tomato ketchup and ๐๐.We all family members enjoyed the tasty ,mouth watering meal and thanks for God who give us blessed day .now it's enough fromy side it was a summery of my food activities in whole day.
