Hi everyone, I'm very excited to share very simple and fast recipe of khichri, most liked by everyone. It's very light and energetic and delicious too
INGREDIENTS
. rice 2cups
.daal masoor 1cup
(lantil)
. cumin seeds. 1teasp
.clove. 2_3
.cinnamon. 2_3sticks
.black pepper. 1/2teasp
.termeric. 1/2teasp
PROCEDURE
1Take rice and lantil in a bowl
. Washed them nicely and soak them for 20min
. Take some oil in pan.
. Add cummin seeds, clove, black pepper and cinnamon stick to oil and sotey for some time.
. Then add termeric powder to oil and fry for some seconds and add water to it.
. Add soaked rice+lantil in the pan add check the water, appropriate for rice.
. Cook rice at medium high flam till it boils.
. When almost water dries then turn the flam at low and cover the lid of pan, for 5_10min.
. After 10min check, it will b done.
. Now served it with mint sauce and pickle.
