So hello everyone how are you all hope so everyone is well and good so hear i am guys with yet another food dairy.
Breakfast:
For my breakfast i had chapati with chicken curry i really like it as i am focusing more on protein so i eat more chicken an less chapati.
So i had 3 chapati and approx 200 grams of chicken which gave me enough protein.
Lunch:
In afternoon i mostly have rice so i had some good quantity of rice with 2 egg omlet accompanied with pulses.
It was an complete meal focused towards carbs and less protein.
Evening Snacks:
In summer time nothing can be more refreshing than fruits so i had this yummy watermelon which was really very refreshing i really enjoyed having it.
Dinner
So as i had already so much of calories so i skipped my dinner and had grapes for my dinner just to manage my calorie requirement.
So i am really happy that i am not eating out and focusing more towards having a proper healthy food.
