Easy to follow Bulking diet for skinny peoples

Breakfast
. 4 eggs (1 whole egg 3 egg white)
. 1 sweet potato ( boiled)
. 250 ml milk 50gm oats 5-6 almonds 2 banana + Raisins

Midday breakfast

. Dalia(25gm) + millets (25gm) - boiled
With water or milk + 1 spoon ghee or 2 spoon butter

Lunch

. Rice Potato Fish Dal (veggies(must)) salad, 30 min after lunch yogurt

Evening
Chocolate cake 1/2 and 1 dark chocolate

Dinner

Rice
sweet
potato
fish or chicken
Salad

Salad includes - cucumber, onion tomato,Coriander, radish, green chilli, lemon

Supplements

Supradyn per day 2 tablets (multi vitamins)

Unienzyme or bestozyme 1 tab per day if any digestive issue
