Well, today I want to present a recipe
Special for Thai -style kerabu maggi fans ๐น๐ญ
Ingredients;
3 packs of Maggie Thai/Siam
1 tomato-sliced
1/2 squash onion- use Holland onion An inch of celery stalks A handful of coriander leaves
1 large red chilli
1 tablespoon fish sauce โ if you like
1 tablespoon lime juice-if you like
2 packets of maggie siam spice - (which is in the maggie packet, 1 more is not used).
Side Ingredients:
Squid, Shrimp, Fish cake, Crab stick, Fish ball Here's how:
- Heat water to boil side dishes and instant noodles.
- Add 1 packet of instant noodle spice. Wait until bubbling.
- Add the seafood. Seafood first followed by fish cake (Briefly, boiled separately)
- Remove the seafood.
- In the same stew pot, add the instant noodles.
- It's soft, remove. Put in a large bowl to mix the kerabu.
