Utan bisaya (Vegetables Soup)

Hi everyone good day! hope you are all fine and in good health.

Today I want to share with you how to cooked utan bisaya vegetables soup. This is very common here in Cebu and one of our specialty when it comes to soup. This utan bisaya vegetable soup is very nutritious and full of vitamins and minerals needed in the body. Childrens and adults are recommended to eat more of this utan bisaya to make the body healthy and strong. This is very simple and spend less because mostly of this vegetables can be picked from our yard .

Ingredients:

Fried Fish
Ladies fingers
Eggplant
Squash
Gourd squash
Spinach
Moringa leaves
Water cabbage
Red bell pepper
Lemon grass
Onion
Salt
Msg. or vetsin

First we have to prepare all the ingredients. Washed it with more waters, sliced and seeded.

Sliced and seeded the squash and the gourd squash then sliced. Sliced also the eggplant and ladies finger. Put them into 1 container except the ladies fingers.

Washed and clean the moringa leaves, water cabbage and spinach take out the stem and put them into a clean container together with the lemon grass, onions and red pepper.

Boiled water in a pot then put the fish, squash, gourd squash and eggplant cover the pot and let boil until the vegetable become tender.

Add enough salt and vetsin to have a good taste. Then try if the soup is in good taste.

Then add the leaves of moringa, spinach, water cabbage onion chilli and lemon grass cover the pot and let it boil once so that the leaves will not over cook.

Off the heat and transfer to a glass bowl. Serve hot.

Very fast and easy to prepare. Though kids these days are much favor eating fried foods. Encourage them to eat vegetables it is very helpful to their health.
