This time I will share a recipe for a typical Indonesian Aceh sauce, which you must try, anyone who eats this sauce will be addicted to eating it.

The ingredients for the manufacture are:

  • 100 grams of long beans

  • 100 grams of melinjo leaves

  • 100 grams of melinjo fruit

  • 100 grams of green eggplant

  • 2 purple eggplants

  • 1 chayote

  • 200 grams of small shrimp 2

  • 2 liters of coconut milk

  • 200 grams of pliek for / patarana

Additives:

  • 2 spring onions

  • 2 lemongrass (geprek)

  • 1 cigarette (piece small)

  • 5 pieces of lime leaves (finely chopped)

  • 2 pieces of temurui leaves / curry leaves

  • 5 green chilies (cut into pieces)

Ground spices :

  • 5 spring onions

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 10 pieces of cayenne pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 segment of ginger

  • 1 turmeric segment

  • 6 pieces of tamarind to taste salt.

Step-by-step manufacture chop all the vegetables.

For long beans and melinjo fruit, just boil it for 2 minutes (boil the water until it boils then add the vegetables after the water is really boiling so that the color of the vegetables remains green).

Puree all the spices For the patarananya, blend separately and filter with coconut milk.

Then prepare a frying pan of all the chopped vegetables, small prawns, coconut milk, patarana, ground spices, stir and salt so the coconut milk doesn't break. Add salt and test the taste.
