From omelettes to Shakshuka, eggs are being enjoyed all round the world in various ways. But what makes eggs so delicious but yet so nutritious? We're about to find out😋.

Eggs are loaded with tons of nutrients which have very important roles to play in the human body and also help to provide health benefits.

Here are some nutrients contained and their functions based on research:

ProteinThis is the most important and the main component nutrient in eggs. it repairs body tissues, helps in the production of hormones, enzymes and antibodies.

There are some fun facts about eggs i want to share which I would love us to know😇.
-66.6% of the fat in eggs are unsaturated and thats the healthy kind of fat.
-Two eggs contain 13 grams of high quality protein in a standard meal.
-Eating eggs do not increase your chances of of heart disease despite the cholesterol contained in it.
