Hello, today I will tell you how a free meal is made in my hometown, Mersin. A very light meal. You can also make it as an appetizer. I hope you will like it.The name of the dish is Humus.
Materials: 400 grams of Canned Chickpeas
2 tablespoons Tahin
3 cloves of garlic
5-6 tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 Lemon Juice
Red pepper
Cumin
Coriander
Salt, Black Pepper
We put all our ingredients in rondo. Our process is very simple. We run the robot until the chickpeas are mashed.
We add olive oil to our ready-made puree. We mix them all. You can taste this section and add any missing ingredients. Then we take it on the plate.
We decorate it as we wish. And ready to eat! Here is such a simple dish but very tasty!
