hello everyone, how are you doing? i want to share with you poeple how i prepared my oil red oil rice this evening.
how to prepare a red oil rice:
red oil rice: this is one of the nigerian native jellof rice,thou it is a bit diffrent from the popular nigerian jellof rice because of it uses red oil and other native spice.
ingedients
3 cups of long grain rice.
blended peppers
palm oil
one medium sixed onion divided into two,dried fish,2 table spoon of grinded crayfish,sesoning cubes and salt
instructions on how i cooked it:
first you have to preheat the palm oil to a medium heat,then you add your sliced onion and fry for about a minute,then add your salt,grind pepper,crayfish and other spices you want to apply and carefully stir.
then you add yoir then you add yoir rice which you have parboiled for some minutes.
after putting the rice you cover your pot and allow it to cook till done.

then all you have to do is to relax and enjoy yoir yummy rice as im doing.
