How I made my rice and stew

I first of all I parboiled my rice and washed It, after washing it, I added my fried beans and few carrot to the white rice

My rice is done

I fried my tomatoes for a reasonable amount of time before adding my green beans and carrots

my stew is done

My food is done I eat it with cucumbers for easy digestion

Done and dusted lol
