Hello steem foods family. This is my first post in this community, so I'm very excited. It is very enjoyable to cook and make desserts. I can't wait to share the dishes I prepared and the flavors I tasted with you.
Today I woke up with the beautiful warmth of the sun rising in my room. I made the children's daily routines and prepared a tea for breakfast. I invited my mother and aunt to breakfast.
Breakfast
I immediately brewed a Turkish tea. I prepared white cheese, village cheese, homemade black and green olives, tahini, grape molasses, boiled eggs. In Turkey's Gaziantep province, chickpeas with sauce are very popular for breakfast. That's why I prepared gravy chickpeas for breakfast. I prepared a breakfast with tomatoes, garlic, thyme and cheddar. A salad with lots of greens and finally a warm pita. All of them taste perfect. My favorite is the breakfast sauce made of tomato, thyme and cheddar.
Coffee time
Turkish coffee with lots of foam after a perfect breakfast. Coffee is essential for my day.
Snack for the afternoon
I ate so much for breakfast that coffee was enough for lunch. Moist cake with brownie flavor in the afternoon. An amazing flavor that you can taste a lot of chocolate. I couldn't get enough of eating.
Dinner
After all these calories, I prepared something light for the evening. Potato salad . A light salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes, lettuce, onions, dill, cumin, salt, pepper and olive oil.
