The next dish of Bengali fish is chicken meat. Chicken meat is often seen on our table. This food keeps us in good health and provides a lot of nutrients. It is easy to cook chicken meat so it can be cooked regularly.
Let's see the recipe for cooking chicken and how we will cook,
Ingredients: -

Domestic chicken meat: - 1 kg
Onion crumbs: - 1 medium size
Garlic: - 5-6 cloves
Onion: - 3 tablespoons
Turmeric powder: - 2 teaspoons
Chili powder: - 2 teaspoons
Cumin: - 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon: 2-3 pieces
Cardamom: - 2 p.m.
Bay leaves: - 3 p.m.
Salt: - To taste
Oil: - 1/2 cup
tomato: 2 piece.
Method: -
Cut the chicken into medium size, wash it, add water, onion , garlic , ginger , turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, salt and 1 tablespoon of oil.

Now fry the red onion in the pan with the rest of the oil and stir in the whole oil with the cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaves and stir the garlic.

As there is less salt in step 6, I have given salt again in step 7.

Cook over low heat so that the meat is cooked in the water that comes out of the meat. When the meat is cooked, drain it well and cover it with the same amount of broth. When the broth boils and the amount is equal, cover it with fried onion and hot spice powder. When it boils, turn off the stove and keep it covered for 10-15 minutes. After 10-15 minutes, lower and serve.
