How to prepare red oil use for cooking food

Good day steemians, how was our day , hope it went well.well I am uche charity chinwendu from nigeria and today I want to show us how to prepare red oil use for cooking food

After cooking the palm fruit you will spread it on the ground for it to be cold . when it is now cold you will start pounding it .

After pounding it you will put it in a big pot or big rubber then start the preparation

When preparing it . you will start bringing our the oil

Then you put the oil in a pot and put it on fire for final preparation

Then you live it like 30 minutes on the fire
Then turn it . when it starts coming up turn it till it comes down .then it will start giving you an aromra .then you know it is good for useing .
You will bring it down and filter it .it is ready for use.

You can now use for cooking all food you want like rice ,beans,yam, plantain, and so many other things
