Hi @steemfood friends today I made a Flattened rice(poha). It is very healthy and delicious snacks so that's why I will show you the recipe of flattened rice by step by step. The recipe is commonly made in breakfast and snacks.

Ingredients
Flour
Some vegetable like, tomato, potato and onion
Some spices like, curry leaves, mustard seedand Asafoetida(heeng)
Yellow Pea.

             ###Preparation

Step1- .First I kneaded the dough and kept it aside for 15min.

Step2- Then ,I cut the vegetables.

Step3- Then I made a dough of flour. And put them in the sun.

Step4- .Then I put spices like red chilli, coriander powder, ect.

Step5- Mixed that and fried the peanut.

Step6-Then I mixed Potatoes, Tomatoes, Green Chillies, Peas with papadi.Now it is ready to eat.
