Combine 1 tbsp ghee, 2 tbsp psyllium husk (isabgol), and 1 tbsp oil with 1/2 cup coconut flour.
Use 1 cup of hot water to knead them into a dough, then let it rest for 10 minutes.

Add one teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of chaat masala, one teaspoon of amchoor powder, one teaspoon of cumin powder, one teaspoon of coriander powder, one teaspoon each of red chilli powder and turmeric, to this.
Add and combine 2 chopped green chilies, 3 tbsp. chopped coriander, 1 tsp. chopped bell pepper, 1 tsp. chopped onions.
To make a paratha, take some of the dough, filled it with paneer filling, and roll it up.
Place the packed roti in the hot pan. Continue to rub some butter on it.
