Prior to cooking, marinate 600 g of thinly sliced chicken in 1 cup of yoghurt, 1 1/2 tbsp of garlic paste, 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp of curry powder, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder, a sprinkle of pepper powder, 1/2 tsp of paprika, and 2 lemons' worth of lemon juice. Season with salt to taste.
Give it about four hours to marinate.
Once finished, put some oil in a pan and cook the chicken.
To make the sauce, combine 1/2 cup yoghurt with 1 teaspoon each of lemon juice, tahini, and garlic paste, along with salt to taste.
Take some pita bread and pour some sauce on it before assembling the shawarma. Add tomato, onion, and green pepper pieces.
Roll it up after adding the chicken. It's time for your shawarma.
