Use water to knead the dough until it is semi-soft.
To make a paratha, roll out a small amount of the dough.
One teaspoon of oil is used to cook the paratha on a preheated nonstick tawa (griddle).
Cook the carrot paratha on both sides, then serve it hot with chilled curd.
