I'm Viviane, Brazilian and I love cooking. I will share my first recipe here at SteemFoods. It is a green colored bean mixed with delicious farofa!
Ingredients used:
- Green bean
- Cassava flour (fine)
- Fine pepperoni
- Onion
- Oil
- Salt
How to make:
First step: Make the farofa.
Cut the onion and pepperoni into small pieces (and cubes).
Put the oil to heat
Put the pepperoni first to fry
Add the onion after 5min and wait until it browns a lot
Add the manioc flour to the pan, with the fire still on.
Mix the ingredients until you reach the end point. Be careful not to form flour cakes.
Second step: Make the green beans
Cook green beans in a pan with just water. When the grain is done, add salt to taste.
Third step: add green beans and farofa
Remove the broth from the green beans. Place in a pot and keep the heat on. Add the freshly prepared farofa and mix well!
Afterwards, just enjoy!!!
