Hi guys. Today I make home made Chicken Biryani. Take 300 gm of raw chicken and wash it properly under running water.
Now chop a big onion, few garlic pieces and one piece of ginger.
Take one glass of rice and pour two glass of water in it and left it for some time.
Take Biryani masala (which consist of salt, red chilli, dried plum with pits, fenugreek seed, dill seed, turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, cumin, nigella, bay leaf, fennel, brown cardmom, ginger, garlic, clove, dried papaya powder, soy protein, citric acid, sugar, canola oil and food flavour) and Chicken Masala ( which consist of chilli, coriander, cumin, cassia leaf, black pepper, clove, green cardmom, garlic, fennel, star anise, dry fenugreek leaf, mint leaf, bengal gram, dry ginger, turmeric, mustard and common salt).
Take the garlic and ginger and grind it in some grinder and crush it.
Now take the cauldron and put oil in it and than put chopped onions and fry it till it will become golden brownish.
After onions become golden brown put the washed chicken pieces in cauldron and fry it with chopped onions.
Now put the grind garlic and ginger mixture and mix it well with chopped onions and chicken in cauldron.
Now add full table spoons of chicken masala and biryani masala and add some dry coriander, salt, red chilli and hot indian spicy mixture called garam masala as per the taste.
Now with the mixture of chopped onions, chicken pieces, garlic and ginger mixture and spices we add rice with water which we left earlier.
Now cook it for 10-15 minutes and covered with a lid.
And here your chicken biryani is ready to eat. Serve it with mint sauce and some tomato and onions gravy. Eat and enjoy your dinner with it. Have a great day and enjoy.
