Hi everyone good morning . I would love to shear with you all today how you can prepare okro and kumkum a local meal which is mostly prepare in Cameroon . This type of meal may seem difficult to prepare but it depends on how you prepare it
INGREDIENTS
That is just all about it's ingredients
Step1
Slice you okro . Let it be very small
Step 2
Put you boil water on the fire on when it's hot put you okro in it . And if you have any green spices also put them in the pot .

Then latter on put you Maggie and little amount of red oil with you fish and every other thing at the same time . Make sure you pay concentration on how you apply you Maggie and salt in the food because that is what has to make you food tasteful

Boil you hot water then place the hot water in a bold or pot on a clear surface
Step 5
Moreover put you kumkum on the fire then use the hot water to apply in the food when turning it . This may need a little power
When it is ready then you can now serve you food . Remember you already prepared you okro . After finish putting all the spices you can now leave you pot of soup for 30 minutes on the fire after which is ready for consumption
