Chicken Ala King

Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a very underrated dish. Chicken Ala King is made from chicken cutlets or diced chicken meat covered in cream sauce, mushrooms. and is usually served above rice. It somehow is like cream of mushroom soup but make the soup reduced to a creamy and thick mixture and serve it somehow like a gravy on top of the chicken.
