We are Sundays Around The World, and we virtually visit a country every Sunday to recreate a traditional dinner, listen to local music and watch a movie from that particular country. All our dishes we make are plant based, and that can be quite a challenge for some countries, but we try to be creative and find a way to “veganise” a meal.
This week we went to South Africa 🇿🇦 and made Bobotie, a minced meat with rice and turmeric.
