Ingredients;
Goat meat 🥩
Oziza/utazi (African leaf)
Maggi seasoning
Salt
Dried fish (mangala)
Onions
Cray fish/Bala
Grinned red pepper
Achi (Local thickener)
Okpe/grinned oziza seed(Local seasoning) optional
Step 1;
Wash your goat meats,grate your onions, and pour your spices in the meat
Then add water and then stir the meat in order for the meat to absorb its spicy contents, when your done with this you start boiling.
Step 2;
Add your mangala dried fish then allow to boil very well for it to be soft
Step 3
Add grinned pepper to the soup then you mix it together with cray fish and Bala
Step 4;
Randomly add your grinned oziza seed (optional), together with your maggi seasoning
Step 5;
Add your oziza and utazi leaf into the soup and stir for 60 seconds
Then your food is ready ✅ 👌
