Here am happily presenting my vegetable that I decided to take in to make my self feel so better.

N/B;

Noting that we should alway make out time in a day or weekly to consume vegetables because it has lots of health benefits which helps in making our body systems healthier and stronger

Here I would upload a photo of the ingredients which I used in making my salad
Here are the contents (firstly);

Macaroni
Cabbage
Onions
Mayonnaise (butter)

Kidney beans
Carrots
Eggs
Ripe Green pepper
Lettuce
French Beans


This are the procedures which I used in preparing

Each of these vegetables have lots of functions in the Human body
I would advise that you give it a try.
Believe me it’s the best thing you won’t forget

Salad it’s a food that can be easily prepared by anyone randomly


In a lame mans understanding what you have to do is to;
Wash your ingredients, then do this
Dice your onions
Grate your carrots and cabbage
Cut your lettuce, egg, French beans, and your ripe green pepper..(opt)
Boil your macaroni earlier and then soak your kidney beans in water before time...
