Hello steemains greetings to everyone , Yesterday I prepared Ekwang .this is how to prepare it
Step1 :Ingredients
.Cocoyams
.Cocoyam leaves
.Dried fish(Poisson poulet)
.Meat
Canda
.Contry onions
.Red oil
.Crayfish
.Pepper, salt , Maggi.
.Warm water and Redoil
Step:2Procedure
Peel, wash and grate ur cocoyams.
Wash and tire ur leaves into desired sizes
Wrapped the cocoyams and put into the pot
Cook on medium heat, for awhile then add ur fish, meat Canda, pepper, salt, Maggi, contry onions(just part).
Shake the pot from time to time to homogenise the ingredients.
I cook mine for a very long time to avoid it From itching for about 1hour
Ekwang is ready and I served it in a dish to eat .
