I will be teaching step by step how to prepare vegetable soup in an easy way with little stress.
As a man I believe so well in what a woman can do that a man can do it more better.
LIST OF INGREDIENTS THAT I USED
Salt
Palm oil
Dry Pepper
Seasoning
Red meat
Pumpkin leaves
Water leaves
Cray fish
Dry fish
Water.
Firstly, i cooked my red meat with some seasoning after which I poured it out in a plate.
Secondly, I place my pot on the fire adding three cups of water in it because vegetables has enough water in it and doesn't require much water in cooking it.
Thirdly, when the water start cooking i put in little salt, dry pepper , and my seasoning.
Fourthly, I poured in the meat into the pot again then Putin my water leaves and palm oil allowed it to cook for two minutes
The fifth and the last, after the water leaves most have cook for 2 minutes I added the pumpkin leaves also allowing it to cook for 5 minutes before bringing down my pot from the fire.
Food is ready and I enjoyed my vegetable soup and Garri (processed from casava)
