How picata works - Learn a beautiful way to prepare piccata.
Chicken Piccata:

the components:
A quarter of a cup of flour.
Small spoon of salt.
Half a teaspoon of paprika.
an egg.
Two tablespoons of milk.
Six halves of boneless and skinless chicken breasts.
Four tablespoons of butter.
Two hundred and twenty-five grams of mushrooms, divided into slices.
A quarter cup of chopped onions.
A cup of chicken broth.
two big spoons of lemon juice.
A tablespoon of cornstarch .
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish.
How to prepare:
Mix: flour, salt and paprika in a deep bowl.
Beat eggs with milk well.
Dip the chicken pieces in the egg mixture, then in the flour mixture.
Heat the butter or margarine in a large skillet over medium heat, then fry the chicken pieces in it until golden.
Add mushrooms and sauté for another three to five minutes.
Mix: chicken broth, lemon juice and starch in a medium bowl well, then add the mixture to the skillet.
Reduce the stove temperature and let the chicken cook for twenty-five minutes.
Garnish the piccata with chopped parsley and serve.
