Hello fellow steemians , it's with joy I post the preparation of my OHA soup here today.
OHA is a vegetable used in preparing a native soup in Africa, mostly Nigeria.
I would give you details of how it is been prepared....
INGREDIENTS
OHA,
Red oil
Dried fish
Dried meat
Grinded Melon
Thickning (ofo)
Salt
Dried pepper
Grinded crayfish
OHA
RED OIL
DRIED FISH
DRIED MEAT
GRINDED MELON
THICKNING ( Ofo)
SALT AND PEPPER
GRINDED CRAYFISH
STEPS
1:. Wash your fish and dried meat with hot water
, put them into the pot, add water and red oil immediately.
Cover the pot and put on fire. Allow to boil for 15minutes.
2: Cut the vegetable (Oha) in smaller pieces, wash it very well.
3: Add the grinded melon and cover to boil for 10minutes.
4: Add the thickner and dry pepper, cover for 5 minutes.
5: Add grinded crayfish and salt.
Stir together and taste. Taste to find out if any other thing will be added.
6: Add the vegetable ( Oha) and stir again. Allow to boil for 3minutes.
7: Finally, it is Ready.
