after that I will bound my pepper with pestle and mortar since there's no light to use the blender, and then I will cut my onions,

my fish is done so I will bring it out from the water because I don't want it scatter

Step 2
I will put my empty pot on fire and add the groundnut oil,

I will wait for it to hot before adding my fish(am frying the fish), when the fish is done,I will bring them out one by one

(becareful not to scatter the fish)

(you can still fry it for more or less than 30minutes) depending on how you want it to be,after then I add my thyme,Curry, onga spice (to color the rice)salt, seasoning cubes to taste, and water to it, allow it to boil before adding the already parboiled rice, after that I add my crayfish and bonga fish and close the pot

(I am adding my crayfish on top of rice because I don't want my rice to got burnt)
I check my rice from time to time to know if it needs more water or salt, you have to take your time and allow it to get done, finally our jellof rice is ready,
