Doraemon's favorite food turns out to be one example of wagashi. Dorayaki is made from anko that is in the middle of two pancakes. Dorayaki pancake batter is made from milk, sugar, and eggs. As it turns out, this unique form of dorayaki has been around since 1914.

80 gr of sugar
1 tbsp honey
130 gr flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
50 ml of water
