I love cooking. From young age I am very found of cooking. Every day I would like to cook some different and new dish.
For this amazing contest I like to share the recipe of most delicious meal okra
- I thought I would share the recipe of okra with you guys you guys will definitely try it I hope you guys will like it.
Important Ingredients:
Okra | 1 kg |
---|---|
Onion | 1 kg |
Green chillies | 2 or 3 |
Red chillie | 3 teaspoon |
Salt | 1 teaspoon |
Oil or gee | one cup |
Turmeric powder | 2 teaspoon |
step 1
First of all we take 1 kg okra wash them and spread them for drying.
Step 2
After drying okra cut it into pieces.
Setp 3
After cutting okra fry into oil.
.
When the colour of lady okra is changed and it is totally faryer then take out from pan into an other plate.
Step 4
Then take onion cut them into pieces.
Step 5
After cutting the onions theny fryers them into oil.
Step 6
After some time when the colour of onion is changed then put the red chilli into onion.
Step 7
After putting the red chilli then added the turmeric powder into onion.
Step 8
When the red chilli is fryer then added the fryer lady finger into onion.
Final shape of dish

- In okra 3 gram Fiber is present.

- There are 4.2 gram Sugar in onion.
- In onion 1.7 gram Fiber is present.
- In onion there are 0.1 gram Fat is present.
Benefits of onion:
- In Onion Vitamin C is present it acts as a powerful antioxidant in your body protecting your cells against damage caused by unstable molecules called free radical.
Research shows that eating onions may help reduce heart disease risk factors, such as high blood pressure, elevated triglyceride levels and inflammation. - In onion allium is present which protect the body against cancer.
- In onion many beneficial compounds is present which help to reduce the blood sugar.
- Onion consumption help to improved bone mineral density.
- Onions is very easy to add in different dishes, including eggs, guacamole, meat dishes ,soups and potato.
- It is commanly used in salad in Pakistan.
- I like to eat onion with every dish especially with baryani.
