Preparing promotional materials for steem-promo || Day 07

My choice of Promotional materials for Facebook Promotion can be very hard to make and time consuming but the result is for the best. I designed a Promotional flyer for steemit promotion yesterday, wrote down inspirational texts, and also helped my students do their achievement 1 and as well encourage the discouraged..

It was no easy thing to accomplish especially with the way Canva consumes data. I did open the app first and then check for already prepared flyers used for Facebook and Instagram posts and then selected one with the features I desired. These features are the structure, space, and design of the flyer. I actually chose to go with this.

• I filtered all those contents, logo and designs I didn't want to use and left it opened. I then thought of what to put first. A good promotional flyer must have the Logo of the business and a catchy or suitable Title. The title is used was Write, Post and Earn in dollars on Steemit. On the site of dollars, people tremble. So this would intrigue them to know more.

After matching up a suitable Title with the logo, I then took to a catchy statement that summarizes what the platform is like. I wrote;

Looking for a platform where you can be paid in dollars for creating contents ranging from reviewing matches to telling others how your day went? Join this free class.

I emphasized that free class because Nigerians love free things normally. So I added my contact below so that I can be reached out to.

• I then focused on the date for the class, the time and venue so that just anyone can be aware that a free class on how to make money on steemit would hold on this day and at a particular time.

The steps are very much easy to say but difficult to practice. After designing that promotional flyer, I screenshot it and then took to writing something intriguing. Focusing on the content and flyer of your promotional post is very essential as it's the first impression determines how people would react to the message or content you passed.

Before creating a Promotional content, I thought of where I'll post this content and who would see it. I also prioritize my audience in my content. Considering the fact that I'm in an ecosystem of students who are struggling to survive in the ecosystem of college, I considered them in my content and made emphasis on how they'll be financially independent and academically wise as students with steemit. My content went thus;

When I see most students who have no entrepreneurial skills or side hustle in school, I wonder how they survive. Could it be dependency or sponsorship? Our parents made the mistake of not becoming an entrepreneur at an early age. They thought making money is only when they grow older. If you're a student and you're broke, I see no reason why you should be broke when there are opportunities for you to make money for yourselves and be an independent individual. I stopped asking my parents for money when a saw a platform that pays me in dollars as I create contents. In this platform, one is paid for creating contents which varies from diary game, make reviews to any informative content you wish to share. I got $32 sharing a post of how my day went in school, attending brainstorming lectures. I'm hosting a free class on how you can create contents and earn in dollars. To me, this is brief and self-explanatory enough to convince just anyone. I then did some editing and posted it on my school group with the flyer. After posting it, I chose to write a general content which would be posted on my status.

After preparing my Promotional materials, I checked up on my students to see how far they have gone. Some of them are consistently creating contents on the platform, some are still working on completing their achievement, yet others are still adamant. I dropped a video on the group which would serve as a vigour or motivation for them to start working and stop being lackadaisical.
