I want to use this medium to thank the management of steemit platform and all the sincere and hardworking users, for their efforts, strategies, towards Steem promotion and security, I am personally happy that there's sanity of the system, in items of ensuring that the platform is free from fishing and spam as well as system growth and development.
The reality remained that any organised system is bound to malfunction if there is no intensive management in terms of maintaining its status and integrity and this implies that both the door step and the inside should be security tightend.
It's also absolutely important that a system is managed in a growing manner to ensure its growth and general development. And in every part and space displayed for this growth is of paramount Important that it's airtight as well in terms of security.
Whenever a system is run by the general people, each individual person from his or her own end, contribute a constructive quoter, so that with collective ideas, battle will be won together.

For instance, if an engagement challenge came with the hardest topic, and other rigorous conditions of qualifications, it's not that the conditions will not be met, but it's rigorous and time consuming. This request is to add to the probably, next system or individual updates, to think more of the shortest way to complete security assignment and request in total submission to everyone's hardwork and system underlined security strategies.
Secondly, based on observations and experience, if we introduce a new person into the platform, the person is such tortured like after correction to correction, the person will surely give up and think that you the introducer is not been sincere with him or her. I therefore request not a command, as long as a new person have come up with the little knowledge of hers/his let's encourage the person to stay because almost all of us were like them at the start and gradually we grow to experts. And I am well aware that this platform is one of the best platform in structure, in terms of security, the managirial system is never easy for manipulation cum the sincere users' tireless efforts in maintaining the sanity and cleanliness in terms of waging war against system abuse.
