The Steemit team is constantly working their best to improve Steemit. Due to this, various projects are constantly brought up to continue this trend of development. I personally like these projects very much. In this article, I will discuss the clubbing system.
Steemit has been able to move forward quite quickly thanks to the clubbing system. Due to this club system, many steems are getting power up all over steemit. By doing this power-up, every user is helping to increase Steemit's market cap. Each thing has some advantages and disadvantages. Today I will discuss theAdvantage & Dis-Advantage Of Clubbing System
The Steemit team has differentiated 3 types of clubbing systems.
- club50
- club75
- club100
Club50 means that half of the amount of SBD/Steem payout every month, the user who will power up, that user will be Club50.
Club75 means that 75% of the SBD/Steem payout per month, the user who powers up, will belong to Club75.
Club100 means that the full amount of SBD/Steem payout every month, those users who will power up the full amount of SBD/Steem belong to Club100.
Through this clubbing system, all users continuously power up Steem, thereby increasing Steemit's market cap. When Steemit's marketcap grows, it gets the attention of big investors. Sometimes many of these investors invest in Steemit. Then another big reason is daily trading. In daily trading when the supply of Steemit is very low and the demand of investors is high, it affects the price of Steemit. If all of the Daily Prints are stacked, there is a chance to go to Steem's Prize Moon.
By using this clubbing system, 75% of users keep a lot of steem in their possession. They enter this platform with a specific target fixed. Then, until that target is met, Club100 stays in the area and receives constant support from the Steemit team. When that user's target is met. Then those users power down and take leave from the Steemit platform. As a result of this, many Steems are being sold in the market at once, and its effect is falling on the price.
I have many examples of such users. Those who show their loyalty, regularly earn rewards from the Steemit team and leave the platform after their targets are met.
In this blogging earning platform user works to earn. Many families are supported by these earnings. Many of them manage all their expenses with these earnings. The clubbing system has become a hassle for many. Because users mainly work on these platforms to generate income. That seems from my point of view. After making this income, if they can't meet their needs with that, then at some point, the power will be down and those users are forced to take leave from here.
I think the steemit team should look into this.
