Based on my understanding, emotional stress can be act of anxiety that leads to a worrisome state in an individual that is caused by a catalyst. This is seen as the act by which a person is unstable and can not think straight as his or her mind is in trouble about an action, activity that has been initiated.

It is also initiated when a person is confronted with a challenging situation whereby by the individual can no longer function well and hence make wrong decisions during such times and that can lead to poor or bad decision making.

I believe with the above definitions, we all are now familiar with what is known as Emotional stress. Let us now move straight to the topic of the day.
