This was me before I started going to the gym; as you can see I was too thin, and my forearms were the size of a child's.
This was about 2 years ago.
I started going to the gym especially to grow my forearms, and I wasn't satisfied with my body shape generally. I thought I'd never be able to gain weight, because I move a lot and burn endless calories.
But, after I started going to the gym regularly - for almost 3 years now- I started eating more and often healthier, I did my best to stay consistent and hit the gym at least 4 days a week, and today I took this photo.
Still I'm so far away from achieving my bodybuilding goals but, my message is; you have control over how you look, you're able to lose or gain weight, and you're able to transform the way you look if you're not pleased with it, because it will affect all your life aspects and not only your health or body shape.
I felt much more confident after building this habit of working out, because I now know that I have the discipline required to achieve a lot of other goals in life, and that if you're consistent enough you'll reap the fruits of your effort.
You have control over a lot of things, use it to not lose it!
