Hello dear friends I have you are great, today I am here to take part in an interesting and healthy activity and I really love these learning challenges because its enabled me to learn something beneficial for me and my body.
As we know that in Week 1, we're working on Cardiovascular exercises, I will take guidance from the video and demonstrated in the challenge obviously it's highly beneficial for me heart is the main body organ and I am concerned about its health.
What is cardiovascular exercises
In very simple words I can explain the, cardiovascular exercises more commonly called aerobic exercises involving oxygen that definitely beneficial for heart, lungs and muscles. Hence very beneficial for fat burning and working on moderation of blood pressure.
Sometime I am thinking why I will tired and couldn't work well and fatigue is always there because our life style is sedentary and we couldn't prefer exercises especially cardiac exercises which are needed for body.
In present time the cardio diseases are becoming very common and the reason is that our lifestyle is not good and we didn't do exercise and there is no fitness in our body that's why it's should be work on cardio vascular exercise for better heart health to live it and healthy.
In my hospital I have commonly seen cardiac patients are more especially men because their bodies very fatty and the food is also not good and they couldn't burn their extra fat neither through exercise is nor another activities that's why these exercises should be part of our daily life.
Why is it important
If I know the cardio exercise benefits I think we couldn't stop while doing it because something and sometime we didn't knew the benefits of few things which are needed for body.
In my beautiful your practicing are doing the cardio exercise we can I couldn't face the issue of any heart disease especially heart attack and the risk of high blood pressure which is very common in our society nowadays the reason is that our lifestyle is not healthy for body itself.
While performing cardio exercise regularly we can boost our energy level and can do daily task very good will without feeling tiredness and fatigue.
Obviously we can reduce our weight very fastly while performing these aerobic exercise and can stay fit and healthy you having more energy available for the body to carry out extra task for daily life.
We can avoid blood pressure and other certain disease which are connected with it and therefore we can feel better mental peace and good health while adopting cardio exercises on daily basis.

As in lecture it was demonstrated for running in place and aerobic exercises which I performed upto my best level, I do it gently and I really enjoyed it.

What is your overall feelings as you carried out the programs. Did it build more endurance in you? Explain
Well in starting I really enjoyed it and I felt if I continued daily I boost my stamina and energy level obviously in starting it's not easy for me but I can say I do it well if it's in my daily routine and obviously it would build my endurance with every passing day.
Well this running exercises along with aerobic exercises is highly good I felt more energy and couldn't exhaust so fast as I do it according to my body limiting and yeah I can increase it daily***
How did these programs impact your mental health?
When we are fit obviously can feel more mental peace and calming too, I guess this exercises will give me more refreshing energy and I can feel more good in coming days while adopting these exercises in my daily life.
Well the answer is yes because to be very honest I felt really good and energetic because it enabled me to burning my fats and while doing exercises my body gets energy along with mental relaxation.
I would like to say special thanks to respected professor @ngoenyi and @genomil, who enabled me to know heart health is very important and it could be only possible if I have healthy heart which is obviously only possible due to cardio exercises.
