My weekly (3rd to 8th February) fitness routine included swimming 🥽

As a fitness instructor, I have been consistently training my clients, giving them programs that are helping them to stay fit. In course of training them, I also get involved because I am not one of those trainers that will give out programs without taking the lead.

This week that just ended today is not an exception. Remember that my training days are Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Nothing stopped me from going all these days. The only thing is that, on the days I will not stay long, I will announce in the group that I won't stay long and they will take note of that and come out early. Take for instance, yesterday being Friday that I had to prepare food for food aid, I told them that I will close by 8 due to my engagements. This made most of them to come out very early and received their training.

This week, I focused abs. Abdominal fat is one of the hardest thing to remove and the programs are usually not funny. It is usually killing to so.e persons. But I had to choose programs that are not hard and then the repetitions then aided the rest.

On Monday, the programs were scissors, , crunch and leg raises. These was after warm up. Since clients came in different times, anyone that comes later starts from the beginning after his or warm up. We started by 6.30 am and ended the class by 8.30 am. Everyone really felt the pain at the abdomen because that was the target.

On this day, we decided that we were going to swim. It was not meant to be for the whole fitness group. Just those that came out for the workout that day and it wasn't even everyone. I wasn't even with my swimming attire but one of my clients whose house was close gave me one to wear.

We went to Akmag Hotel and each person paid 1500 which is equivalent of 6 steem. I spent about hours there and left others to my house due to other engagements that I had planned that day.

We went again on Wednesday which also included football game. We continued with abdominal exercises after warm up. We also started by few minutes before 7am. We did russian twist with cones, overhead arm raises with dumbbells, and others

After which we switched to football game, though without pictures, but my team led by 1 goal that was unreplied. We only played for 45 minutes since we had other engagements to attend to.

On Friday, we had another session and we also concentrated on abs again after our warm up. We did seat up on tire, overhead hand raises with dumbbells and mountain climbing.

Then we climaxed on Saturday when we carried out cardio programs and it was in for of aerobic dance class. It was fun. There wasn't any pictures or videos. One of the challenges I have is using my device to play the music that motivates us during these programs. I can use it for videos or pictures, it will always pause the music when it wants to record or snap. So, when there is no one else to help with his or her phone, it becomes a challenge.

However, it went well and my joy is that everyone enjoyed the sessions for the week even though the programs were painful at the target areas.

It was on this Saturday that we made a decision to get a zealot MP3 player for the group using the fund available and the little funds that were donated by 4 members of the group. I quickly ordered for it from my former city of residence, Aba and it was delivered same day. It was bought at 70000 naira and that is 260 steem equivalent. It was paid in cash and before delivery.

We will go again next week. Consistency is the key and I am never going back. I only pray that I get the cash to go for certification. It will really help me a lot.
