To maintain beauty and fitness is something everyone should be serious about, in as much as body-shaming is a bad habit we still find ourselves in a society where people will body-shame you and go Scot free . I took the bold step to exercise professionally with people that knows about fitness.

Arms/shoulder are very important part of our body that helps us to lift things easily. Having excess of it can make some work very difficult, I started this week's fitness by performing my warm up exercises .

I took my position by stretching out my muscles and jumping, I did it for about 30 minutes before I trekked to the junction to enter bus to the training ground.

This week I focused on the following Arms/shoulder sculpture Exercises. Take a look.

Biceps curl

I did this biceps curl with weight , keeping my two hands straight and bringing it back to my jaw level. At first I taught it was easy when I started it I couldn't finish up. I tried for some seconds before I dropped and rested.


side left

This is done by lifting the weight by the sides , the aim point was the arm's and shoulder. I did this for some minutes before getting tired.

Shoulder tap

This is another interesting and a bit easy one that I did. I lay facing the ground ,tucking in my Tommy releasing my weight on my shoulder,then I tapped to my shoulder left and right . While counting numbers from 1-150. I tried reaching the desired goal on this one.

After the whole exercise,I took some water and also used coconut water to regain my strength.

This week's program was better , though I did not complete my first and second program but I tried, at the moment I'm feeling pain in my muscles, of course I know that's how it would be.

Results.

I'm feeling my self since last week I joined this exercise, before now I do feel heavy but I think I'm okay, this something I want to be doing I just wish I can continue. Thanks to my coaches I enjoyed every bit of the program.

Questions

As a lady I wouldn't want to have masculine features, please my coach I hope this arm lifting will not build up muscles for me if I should continue.

Conclusion

Arms and shoulder exercises are good , gaining a good posture can be achieved as a result of this exercise, why not try one today.
