All praise is due to Allah.How are you all.I hope everybody are doing very well. Today I am engaged by Dear @ngoenyi and @genomil Sir "Learning challenge s23w1: Love your Body - Cardiovascular exercises." I want to participate in the learning challenge. I hope you all like it. First of all I would like to thank @ngoenyi and @genomil Sir for organizing such a beautiful exercise lesson . Let's start without further ado.

Task -01 :- Carry out running in place and aerobic dances for 30 minutes within the week or go by the standard required minutes which is 150 minutes for low intensity aerobic exercises or 75 minutes for high intensity aerobic exercises for a week. This is your personal program that you can spread across the week.

You asked me to do the task you gave me first, myself, for the whole week. I have already started running and aerobic exercise from today. I have divided the entire exercise into a specific time. That is, if I do 20-25 minutes at a slow pace every day, it will be 150+ minutes at the end of a week. Which is as per your instructions.

Now let's discuss cardiovascular exercise at this stage:-

Cardiovascular exercise

This is a cardiovascular exercise. Which we also call cardio. It is any physical activity that increases your heart rate and breathing rate. It basically increases blood flow throughout our body and makes our heart and lungs effective. For example:- Walking, running, swimming and cycling are included in this exercise.

The need for cardiovascular exercise in daily life

The first feature of cardiovascular exercise is that it increases our heart rate for a long time.
When the heart rate increases, our body consumes more oxygen.
Regular cardiovascular exercise helps to improve our cardiovascular health.
It controls our body weight.
Reduces physical and mental stress in our body.
Maintains good mood.
It helps to reduce the risk of chronic diseases in the body.

Examples of cardiovascular exercises

Walking, running, swimming, cycling, dancing, jumping rope, climbing stairs, rowing, hiking and cross-country skiing, etc.
So from the above discussion, we can understand what cardiovascular exercise is and how necessary it is in ourfollows.

Task:-02 :- Record a 5 minutes video of the both programs as follows.

My exercise

This evening I ran and did aerobic dance exercises and recorded videos of each of my exercises. Below is the full video of a 5-minute cardio/aerobic exercise:-

So above I have uploaded a video and two photo of mine as per your direction. Where I ran for a total of 2 minutes and took a 10 second rest in between. And I showed 4 steps of aerobic dance exercise in a total of 2 minutes and 50 seconds.

Your last two question with answer is below

Question :-01 -What is your overall feelings as you carried out the programs. Did it build more endurance in you? Explain it.

Answer :-

To be honest, I have never done cardiovascular exercise before and today I first learned that exercise can be done through such fun aerobic dance. At first, I felt a little shy to do it in front of everyone, but I got used to it later. After a long time of exercising, I felt a little dizzy. But I enjoyed the whole exercise very much. I especially liked doing aerobic dance. I was a little confused when I first started. But gradually I noticed that the exercises were becoming more beautiful. I am hopeful that I will be able to do this exercise every day. Because it has increased my mental endurance. I wanted to do the exercise for a longer time. But I did not do it. Because today is my first day. And if I exercise too much on the first day, it will have a bad effect on my body. Finally, I want to say that I have benefited a lot from doing the exercise. My body and mind feel better than before.

Question :-02-How did this programs impact your mental health?

Answer :-

Cardiovascular exercise, also known as aerobic exercise, is a great way to improve my mental health. Today's discussion is about how it has improved my mental health.

I think cardiovascular exercise has helped reduce the levels of stress hormones in my body, which has helped me create a calmer and more balanced state of mind. I am optimistic that regular aerobic exercise will improve my sleep quality. And we know that adequate sleep is very important for mental well-being, as it helps with mood regulation, concentration, and overall cognitive function. Cardiovascular exercise has made me feel more confident and self-assured by increasing my physical strength. Cardiovascular exercise has helped improve my body's stress, anxiety, or other mental health issues, and it has helped clear my mind. This exercise promotes the growth of brain cells and strengthens connections between different brain regions. This can improve cognitive function. So cardiovascular exercise makes a good contribution to improving mental health.
