Sometimes it is difficult to remember what to post and where to post them. Topics can go off our heads even as fitness lovers or as one wanting to join fitness or who will like to share publications here on SteemFit-StayFit Community.
We, the team members have put heads together and come up with some topic ideas that can give you the directions you need to write and share your publications here on this brand new community.

I am looking at publishing an article that will contain topics that users can write daily. You can come up with topics
As a fitness lover, you probably might know of some tips that can motivate or educate others. You might also have some personal experiences which you might have gathered over the years or some motivational words that can assist other either to join the journey or to remain in the journey. It's up to you to choose your style. But make it as original as possible. You can share it any day and any time.
We all know that embracing fitness and remaining in it is not easy. It comes with pains, challenges, obstacles, strange feelings and some even have lots of excuses to give why they can't join or continue. Please you can share them with us in your own style. Just be original. And share it any day. Time and minutes. We will be waiting for it.
You probably have some days you workout either in a gym or outdoors. You probably focus on your upper body or lower body or any other part of your body, it will be highly appreciated if you share them with us. How you did it, where you did it, the equipments you used and the impact you have. Your feelings and joys including the pains.
These are activities that might probably be done on a separate day. Whichever one you do, please share your experiences with us because we will highly appreciate them. I know that @disconnect will love this because he loves hiking or mountain climbing. Isn't it?
You probably love dancing or you just dance because your fitness instructor included it as part of your programs. You don't know that you are also exercising by doing that. Please share those dance sessions with us.
Food tips and preparation procedures if possible will be appreciated. Share those healthy foods recipes and workable meal plans that can help a fitness lover to to succeed in weight loss and that can as well nourish the body. The truth is that fitness programs can't do it all. Meal plan can help.
You can suggest any other ideas that we can include on the list. We will appreciate it if you drop them at the comment section of this post.
