Dear fitness lovers, we are thrilled to announce result of the last contest where we asked all fitness lovers to have fun by Dancing their way to fitness. It was a wonderful time for of us as we were able to enjoy the things we love doing and still achieved our fitness goals while having fun.
We had asked in that contest that fitness lovers should do the following
π Do your warm up
π Record a video of your dancing steps. Choose any music of your choice and dance to it. Spend at least 30 minutes dancing
π Carry out another programs of your choice and let us know what you did and why
π Do your stretches at the end.
π Let us know if there is any challenge, your overall feelings,

The truth is that it was great to share this day with the girls, not only with those with whom I usually exercise every day, but also with the other group that our instructor teaches classes with.
My legs were made firm and I felt refreshed and comfortable when sitting on hard surfaces as I don't change the position to see which surface isn't rougher. The dance made me energised too and hyperactive as a cardio exercise. In conclusion, it was entertaining which suppressed the pain from being felt initially. In general, I love this method of doing exercises. Dance therapy is a very beneficial activity for our health. You have fun to the rhythm of the music, while you de-stress and release those endorphins that make you feel good while you dance.
the dance part was extremely fun and it roll contagiously to others, the enjoying part was that every steps a leader introduced was count and that makes it organized in a uniform manner, we continue next week
It is a very beneficial activity not only in the physical aspect, it stimulates coordination, memory if the steps are put together in a choreography that we must repeat and it helps to release tension resulting from responsibilities and routines.
