There are days when you're stressed out and don't know how to deal with it. Stress is something that none of us can avoid but there are definitely few things and actions that can alleviate the stress and act as the stress busters. Today I'm going to share with you'll all some of the stress busters that help me when I'm stressed out and are the stress relievers.

Decluttering


Decluttering my space always feels therapeutic.

Whenever I want to reduce stress, decluttering helps me get rid of it. It improves my mental health and relaxes my mind because after getting rid of the extra stuff the space looks much neat and tidy which makes my satisfied and happy.


Cooking

Cooking my favorite food always helps me in calming down my stress and boosts up my mind.

Cooking acts as a stress buster too. It activates our senses, engages them and we're more focused on following the recipe and making good food than indulging in the negative thoughts. I always find cooking therapeutic and a stress reliever.


Retail Therapy

The act of buying something whenever we feel low is surely one of the best therapies. The retail therapy works for me everytime.

Whether it's online shopping or going to some mall Shopping or retail therapy is one of my favorite stress busters. By choosing our favorite things we feel a sense of control which acts as a stress reliever and makes a person get rid of the negative feelings. I'm sure most of the women love the retail therapy.


Pampering / Taking care of ourself

I either follow a simple beauty routine or try a new makeup product just to dedicate few moments to myself.

Sometimes we're so occupied and exhausted by our daily routine and chores that we're physically and emotionally stressed out. In that case it's best to take some time out for ourselves and pamper ourselves. It not only helps us relax and get rid of the stress but also makes us feel happy and confident too. It can include a relaxing facial, getting a nice manicure or pedicure or even a trip to the spa.


Being Close to Nature

Spending time in nature is an antidote for stress.

Being close to nature when stressed out not only reduces the negative feelings and calms the stress but also is very beneficial for the physical health. It reduces the blood pressure, muscle tension and hence the stress hormones.


Walk or Exercise

Aerobics, yoga, a simple cardio and even a brisk walk keeps me physically and emotionally fit

Walking, exercise or any kind of physical movement that we love to do increases our fitness and decreases the level of stress. When we are doing some physical activity our body releases the brain chemicals endorphins which are also known as the happy hormones that results in our body relaxation and improves our mood.


Most of the time stress is overwhelming and it even weakens our immune system so it's better to find some healthy ways to cope up with it. Let me know if you found these stress busters helpful. With this I'll end my post here. Until next time!!
