My report for 24.03.2022.

I did go to the gym yesterday and and yes I have tried hip trust weighted 70 kg and it went really great it was actually the hardest part for me like a lifting the weights up that first move was really scary like am I going to crack my back but I didn’t so I am proud of myself for doing that but also I’m still not moving with deadlifts and squats. I am 50 kg kilograms and I’m not doing the best way of squads like I am for 40 kg and I don’t know what to do how to improve myself in that area because I do try to get better but I am constantly on the same weight and Hungary dead lift I am struggling because of my back and my arms that are getting the weight from my legs and butt so I don’t quite work out as I can and of course I can’t progress because I’m really struggling with that balance of weights going back because it’s too hard for me
I don’t know what to say but I hope I will figure it out soon I will improve of course I am improving everything and I can see changes

What am I doing is because I do find really hard for me to gain weights I meaning for exercises I do more reps so when I do the leg press but not with pushing the legs, lifting the legs for your quads I can do 30 kg and I just can’t more ( I think I will try 35 because I don’t think I kind of got stronger) but I do one time 25, 1 or 2×30 and then I get a lower for five so after 30 I do 25 than 20 then 15 and then 10 of 20 times and and I see that’s working out for me because I really feel those quads but I am just interested I do work out I do feel them I do shake after, feel sore after a good training but still I am at the same weight

I am a little I am 158 cm and I don’t even have 50 kg but still I don’t know it’s a process and I do believe it’s going to be good at the end of the June and that I will be improving ☺️
